The techniques and practices of winemaking were born during the prehistoric times, in the Middle East. However, since the Bronze age, the Sardinian has started the grapevine plantation and set off the wine production.<\/strong> In Sardinia there are 15 IGT<\/strong> (Geographical indications), 17 DOC<\/strong> ( an Italian level of classification) and one DOCG<\/strong> (controlled and guaranteed designation of origin) that is the \u201cVermentino<\/strong>\u201d from Gallura. Any vineyard is often characterised by its \u201cterritory\u201d, that refers to specific geographical and geological characteristics of grapevine plantations. \nThere are different kinds of vineyards such as Cannonau<\/strong> and Vermentino<\/strong>, being the most famous worldwide. Among others, are worth mentioning some like Carignano, Cagnulari, Torbato, Semidano, Malvasia, Nasco, Nuragus, Moscato and Vernaccia.<\/strong><\/p>\nOurs winery<\/h1>\n
